Signs of menopause

Typically perimenopause occurs between the ages of 40 and 51 and may last anywhere from six months to ten years.
Often, one of the first signs of menopause is an increase of androgen in your body, which causes you to gain weight around your abdominals instead of around your lower half.
The hot flash is a cardinal sign, but not the only one, nor does it occur in everyone. Varying subsets of signs occur in each individual.
There are several hormonal and physical changes that are associated with menopause and it is not possible for a woman’s body to cope with all these changes at one shot.Menopause does not cause everything.
